Dear User, in order to offer more flexibility, we are using a new PKI Platform to issue and renew your certificates. What changed The new PKI platform is built to guarantee the main features of the product, and offers more compatibility with browsers. From now you can enroll your certificates using Internet Explorer,Micorsoft® Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Mozilla Firefox. In addition, a new chain will be available: new Root CA and new Intermediate Root CA. The update of the chain is a common security practice of public CAs, which is periodically applied to the different Root CAs, Intermediate CAs and services. How do I get my new certificate Enter the PIN in the renewal email and check the data that will be prompted. If your data is correct click on Submit button. One of our administrators will verify and approve your request, so you will receive instructions to retrive and install your certificate.
